10th Senate: Governor Adeleke Congratulates Senator Lere Oyewumi On His Emergence As Deputy Minority Leader

Governor Ademola Adeleke has hailed the emergence of Senator (Dr) Olalere Kamorudeen Oyewumi as Deputy Minority Leader of the Nigerian Senate calling this a recognition of capacity. He also said the federal lawmaker’s endearing leadership traits over the years ‘is an asset that will drive opposition’s quest to make members of the 10th Senate deliver on their mandate’.
The governor, who described Senator Oyewumi as an experienced legislator and a good team player, said his new role has further strengthened convictions that the opposition parties in the Senate are prepared to lead the way for the progress of the country.
While expressing confidence in the ability of Senator Oyewumi to leverage on his wealth of experiences in both public and private engagements over the years, Governor Adeleke in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by his spokesman, Mr. Olawale Rasheed, said he has no doubt that he (Oyewumi) will live up to the expectations in respect of his new role.
