15-Year-Old Boy Arrested For Raping 10-Year-Old Girl Returning From School In Kwara

For failing to control the use of his ‘pipe’, Falade Ebenezer, who is 15 years old, has been arrested and taken into custody by the police in Kwara State .

Falade was picked up by cops after the mother of a 10-year-old girl told the police  that her daughter has been raped by the young boy in question.

The state police chief, Mr. Adekimi Ojo, a Commissioner of Police, who disclosed this while presiding over the press conference held at the police headquarters, Ilorin on Friday which was attended by journalists including Team@orientactualmags.com, added that the young girl had left her school for home in the Adewole area of Ilorin  when Falade stopped her, dragged her into an uncompleted building and had sex with her.

‘On Thursday, September 19, 2025, at 13:50 hours, a report was made at the Adewole Police Station by the victim’s mum that at about 1400 hours, her 10-year-old daughter contacted her via phone that while she was returning from school, she was accosted on the road by one Falade Ebenezer who forcibly dragged her into an uncompleted building where he had carnal knowledge of her. Upon receiving this report, cops swung into action immediately and the suspect, Falade Ebenezer was arrested on the same day. Falade Ebenezer has confessed to committing the crime.  Charges will be preferred against him once we complete our investigation’ he said.

He also disclosed that  four people; Abdullahi Monsuru ‘M’ 19 years, Mohammed Waziri ‘M’ 30 years, Ukasha Suleiman ‘M’ 17 years  and Naziri Tukuru ‘M’ 22 years have been arrested while transporting tramadol and other drugs to an unspecified location in Ifelodun local government.

Illegal possession of tramadol is a serious offense under the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Act of 2004. 

The suspects, he added, were arrested by a patrol team in the Oke-Ode axis of Ifelodun local government .

He listed the drugs to include fifty packs of Tramadol (100MG) , ten packs of Benzhexol Tablet (5MG), three Nylons of Daizepham Tablets (5MG) and Vinegar while promising  a broader operation to dismantle the ‘network’.

 ‘On the 14th of October, 2025, at about 1500hrs, cops attached to the Anti-Kidnapping Section of the Kwara State Police Command, while on a routine patrol within the Oke-Ode axis, intercepted a Toyota Corolla vehicle occupied by the above-named suspects. A thorough search conducted on the vehicle led to the recovery of large quantities of suspected hard drugs, Preliminary investigation revealed that the suspects are part of a network involved in the distribution of illicit substances to certain individuals and bandits within the region.

Efforts are ongoing to trace the source of their supply and dismantle the wider syndicate responsible for the distribution chain. As the Commissioner of Police, I want to emphasize that this arrest underscores the state police Command’s determined stance against the trafficking and distribution of illicit drugs within our state. These substances not only endanger the lives of the users but also fuel other violent crimes and social vices. We will continue to pursue every lead uncovered in this investigation to expose and dismantle the entire network behind this illicit trade. Let it be clear that any individual or group involved in drug peddling or criminal conspiracy will be identified, arrested, and prosecuted in accordance with the law’ he said.

Making more disclosures, the police chief said Abubakar Yusuf (Male, 20 years) Tukur Yahaya (Male, 22 years), and Kabiru Muhammed (Male, 22 years) were arrested in Iponrin-Maraffa axis while planning how to abduct a business woman whose vehicle had been known for  plying the Iponrin-Oke-Oyi route.

 Another suspect, Saleh Ibrahim (Male) has also been arrested sequel to his role in the abduction of a woman, Haliru. A in Araro village, Igbaja.

Muhammadu Bello is also behind bars following his arrest for illegal possession of firearms in Psaragi.

He has also been accused of  being an abettor.

‘On October 1, 2025, at about 10:00 am, security agents on a routine patrol along the Tsaragi road flagged down an unregistered motorcycle. The rider abandoned the motorcycle and a passenger named Muhammadu Bello and fled.  The passenger was searched and found to be in possession of 50 live rounds of AK-47 ammunition. Preliminary investigation revealed links between the suspect and a criminal syndicate involved in arms trafficking and kidnapping. The Police detectives are conducting further investigation to determine the source and destination of the ammunition and to apprehend other members of the criminal network’ CP Ojo said.

He also disclosed that a man, Sanni Gbadamosi has been arrested for abducting Muhammad in Ajase-Ipo and demanding N120,000 as ransom.

‘A man named Muhammadu of Kanbi area was reported missing after failing to return home from his farmland in Ajase-Ipo. His wife, Aisha, received an anonymous call claiming responsibility for the abduction and demanding a ransom of ₦120,000 for his release.

The police utilized advanced digital and technical surveillance to apprehend Sanni Gbadamosi, who was found in possession of the mobile phone used to communicate with the victim’s family. Preliminary investigation revealed that Gbadamosi’s complicity in facilitating and providing logistic support for a kidnapping syndicate operating along the Ajase -Ipo–Moro axis. The suspect is currently in police custody, providing useful information to aid us in the ongoing efforts to rescue the victim and dismantle the kidnapping gang’ he added.

The police Chief also told journalists that five people; Umaru Babuga, Mohammed Ahmed, Aliyu Buba Alade, Sidi Buba Alade and Sheu Buba Alade have been arrested in connection with the incident that occurred in Oke-Ode on September 28,  2025-Team@orientactualmags.com  Do you have any information you wish to share with us?
