APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu on Friday called the PDP presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar a veteran contestant saying he was already tired of running having made several attempts to become the nation’s number one citizen.
It will be recalled that Atiku had in 1993 sought to get nominated as SDP presidential candidate but could not get this done because late Chief MKO Abiola eventually won the primary election held in Jos, Plateau state, he was the Action Congress presidential candidate in 2007, and he had also sought to get nominated by the PDP and the APC in 2011 and 2015 respectively while he was the PDP candidate in the 2019 presidential election.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned Tinubu, who said this during the meeting he held with Stakeholders in Niger Delta in Gbaramatu, Delta state on Friday, also told the Pere of Gbaramatu Kingdom, Oboro-Gbaraun II (Aketekpe, Agadagba) his plans for the Gbaramatu community.
He was particularly hard on the Labour Party presidential candidate, Chief Peter Obi saying he only represents ‘gibberish’.
‘Kabiyesi, Your Royal Highness, as I stand before you, there are few of us left running. One says he is Atiku. How many times has he been running? He’s always running and he’s tired. Tell him to go and sit down. Enough is enough.
The other one, that one, he think say na statistics we go chop. He lies with arithmetic that no Indian can solve it. To mention his name is a disgrace to me self. I won’t mention his name. Wrong arithmetic, wrong statistics, warehouse economics. That’s not what Nigeria needs.
Kabiyesi, Your Royal Majesty, it was a joy to find one of my own blood being part of you from Badagry. So, what else do you need? You need honesty; you need the man who knows the road. That is me’ he said.
Tinubu also said his administration will provide jobs for the young people if elected as president while calling himself a renewed hope.
‘I promise that we won’t be far away from you, we will carry you along and we will consult with you regularly , our brothers here we will embrace them for the development of this area, Ogbaramatu and other associated communities, economic development, progress, jobs for our young people and a promised tomorrow that is certain, a renewed hope is here standing before you’ he submitted- Team@orientactualmags.com Do you have any information you wish to share with us?
