2026 Osun Guber : Odo Otin LG PDP Endorses Gov Adeleke For 2nd Term In Okuku

Ahead of the 2026 gubernatorial election in Osun state, members and leaders of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP)  in Odo Otin Local Government ,  have endorsed Governor  Ademola Adeleke  for a second term in office..

Director of Media, Osun state PDP,  Mr  Hezekiah Oladele Bamiji noted in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com that the governor received this endorsement at the country home of Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola in Okuku,  headquarters of Odo Otin local government, on Wednesday.

He added that this was done during the meeting of PDP elders in the local government.

PDP Chairman , Odo Otin local government, Mr. Olatunji Taiwo, commended Governor Adeleke for providing good governance, submitting that  the entire members of the party in the local government have endorsed him for a second term in office a declaration that  was chorused by the teeming party members from all the 15 wards in the local government.

Other party leaders who gave speeches including Alhaji Musbau Abioye, Muritala Adebisi, and Alhaji Raheem from Oyan, all commended Governor Adeleke for supporting Rt. Hon. Adewale Egbedun from Odo Otin Local Government  to become the Speaker of the state house of assembly.

In his address, the leader of the party and former governor of  the state, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola ,who hosted the meeting, said the entire people of Odo Otin are fully in support of  Governor Adeleke’s re-election bid ..

He appreciated Governor Adeleke for approving the immediate reconstruction of Oree/Agbeye road with installation of  solar streetlights.

‘I want to deliver the message of our Baba, Alhaji Shuaib Oyedokun to the entire members of PDP and our Governor. Baba said his defection to the APC is a sacrifice for the general good of the people saying that he will soon return home” he said.

The state PDP  Chairman , Hon Sunday Bisi thanked the party faithful for the impressive turnout urging them not to allow division among themselves.

Hon Bisi also urged them to warmly welcome members of opposition that might signify their intentions to join the party  saying opposition members are already looking for an opportunity  to join  the ruling PDP  in appreciation of the good governance being delivered by Governor Adeleke.
