28-Year-Old Man  Rapes 5 –Year-Old Daughter In Ogun,  Says He Didn’t Know What Came Over Him

A 28-year-old man, Adeyemi Babatunde, has been arrested and taken into custody by the police in Ogun state.

Team@orientactualmags.com learned he has been accused of committing incest and raping his daughter.

The victim’s mother  had informed policemen  at Ijebu-Mushin’s divisional headquarters that Adeyemi has been having sex with his daughter , who is five years old.

Spokesman for the state police command , Abimbola Oyeyemi, a Superintendent of Police,  disclosed this in a statement on Thursday.

Oyeyemi said the victim’s mother had noticed that her daughter had been complaining of pain whenever she wanted to urinate.

He added that the mother further said her daughter groans whenever she was bathing for her and would always touch her private part.

‘It was then that  the victim informed her mother  that her father laid her on the bed and inserted his penis into her private part when she was not at home.

The DPO, Ijebu Mushin division, CSP Simire Hillary, had quickly detailed cops to go after the suspect and he was eventually arrested.

While being interrogated, the suspect confessed to committing the crime but claimed not to know what came over him and made him do such a thing.

The Commissioner of Police, Olanrewaju Oladimeji, has ordered that the suspect should be transferred to Anti- Human Trafficking and Child Labour section of the State Criminal Investigation Department for further investigation and prosecution’ he said-Team@orientactualmags.com
