3 LG Chairmen Leave APC For NNPP In Kano

Three Local Government Chairmen have left APC for the New Nigeria Peoples Party , NNPP in Kano state.
Those who defected from APC to the NNPP include the Chairman of Dawakin Tofa Local Council, Ado Kwa,
The Dawakin Tofa LG Chairman has dumped APC for the NNPP alongside his deputy, Garba Yahaya (Labour) and other councilors.
APC National Chairman , Dr Abdullahi Ganduje is from Dawakin Tofa LG.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Chairman of Nasarawa local government, Auwalu Aramposu has also left APC for the NNPP ditto Chairman of Garun-Malam Local Government , Mr Mudasiru Aliyu.
Kano state APC governorship candidate in the 2023 governorship election, Alhaji Nasiru Gawuna is from Nasarawa local government.
Governor Abba Yusuf commended the wisdom of the defectors while receiving the LG chairmen and their supporters at the Government House, Kano on Saturday.
‘We are lucky that some of you have recognized our style of leadership and decided to join hands with us on a mission to make Kano great. You are highly welcome home’ he said.
This has come barely two weeks after Alhaji Abdulahi Ganduje submitted that ‘to ensure massive political growth and progress of Kano state’, it is important that Governor Abba Yusuf leaves the NNPP for the APC without delay-Team@orientactualmags.com
