43-Year-Old Woman Arrested For Hitting 8-Year-Old Son With Pestle In Ekiti
Damilola Ajenifuja, who is 43 years old, has been arrested and taken into custody by the police in Ekiti State.
She was picked up by members of Amotekun Corps after hitting her 8 –year-old son with a pestle in Efon Alaaye, Efon Local Government, Ekiti State.
Damilola reportedly hit her son with the pestle in the head which made him sustain serious head injury.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Head of Communication, Ekiti Amotekun Corps, Mr Abiodun Adeleye, who disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday, added that the incident happened on Saturday, March 1,2025.
‘The suspect mercilessly hit her son with a pestle while punishing him for his wrongdoings.
Upon interrogation by the officers who made the arrest, the suspect confessed to the alleged crime.
