83rd Birthday Anniversary: Gov Abdulrazaq’s Aide, Lukman Ahmed, Hails Emir Of Ilorin
Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq’s Special Assistant on Poverty Alleviation (Kwara Central ), Hon. Lukman Olukayode Ahmed, has sent birthday wishes to the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu- Gambari on the occasion of his 83rd birthday anniversary.
The governor’s aide, in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com described the royal father as symbol of unity for the good people of Ilorin Emirate.
‘Our revered royal father, a former Presiding Justice of the Court of Appeal, has remained a strong pillar of support for all governments since becoming the Emir of Ilorin in 1995.
I urge our royal father , the 11th Emir of Ilorin, who is the Chairman of the Kwara state Council of Chiefs, to continue to deploy his energies towards the furtherance of peace, unity and development of not only Kwara state but the entire nation.
His reign has been peaceful and progressive with a lot of dynamism brought to the royal stool. His royal Highness was a distinguished lawyer and a fine judicial officer who rose through the ranks to become one of the most senior justices of the Federal Court of Appeal from where he retired to sit on the throne of his forefathers.
I am particularly proud of your footprints not only as our royal father but also as a distinguished member of the Bar and the Bench and indeed a statesman.
