EFCC Releases Names Of 28 Suspects Arrested For Internet Fraud In Ilorin
28 people including twin brothers have been arrested and taken into custody by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC agents in Ilorin, Kwara state.
A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by the Ilorin Zonal Command of the anti-graft agency on Thursday noted that they were arrested for getting involved in internet fraud.
The statement also noted that the suspects were arrested in the Mandate Area of Ilorin following actionable intelligence while also releasing their names.
‘Preliminary investigation revealed the identities of the arrested suspects to include a cleric, twin brothers, 6 students at tertiary institutions, mining operator and a host of other specialized private individuals.
They are Toheeb Albarka, cleric; Lambe Kehinde and Lambe Taye, twin brothers; Francis Stephen, Olabode Yusuf and Musbaudeen Akorede, who engage in dog business respectively; Moshood Okunola, Kayode Aderemi, Ayobami Olorunfemi, Paul Ayomide, Agboola Marvelous and Adebisi Olatunde, who are all undergraduates.
The suspects also include Olaleye Solomon, Miner; Akinade Samuel, Computer Technician; Damilola Shagaya, Real Estate Developer; Muhammed Awal, Graphic Designer; Adam Mubarak, Anti-Money Laundering Analyst; Ogundiran Nathaniel, Tiler; Jamiu Ishola, Printer; Dauda Tunde, Plumber; Abdullahi Sikiru, Bet Naija Agent; Kasali Afeez Adegoke, Website Developer; Jordan Adeyinka, Wears/Shoe Dealer and a commercial driver, Ojeniyi Boluwatife.
Others are Adedamola Samson, Olarewaju Adisa Taofeek, Adewale Oloro and Omogbolahan Ibrahim’ the statement said.
