Hon Abdulmumini Jibrin , who would be returning to the House of Representatives in June, has submitted that Kano state APC chieftains including himself who left the party for the NNPP, had since made Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje learn life lessons in the hard way.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned Jibrin, who said this while appearing on Channels TV’s Politics Today programme, submitted that the governor had forced all of them to leave the APC.
Jubrin, who represented Kiru/Bebeji federal constituency of Kano state between 2011 and 2019, would be returning to the House of Representatives in June having emerged victorious in the reps election held on February 25 2023.
‘The governor (Ganduje) did not want a lot of us in the APC. So, he practically ensured that he pushed us out of the party. We net back and got ourselves together and taught him the political lesson of his life.
We made sure he could not breathe in the APC and at the end of the day he caused the APC to lose 18 House of Representatives members, including about seven super lawmakers that the country has invested a lot in to train them.
He caused the APC to lose 34 State Assembly members. I can tell you that some of those lawmakers are quality lawmakers.
