A Nigerian woman, who is based in the United States of America, has threatened to have her brother arrested and prosecuted.
In a viral video, the woman, who was weeping bitterly, sat down in the front of an uncompleted building which she claimed her brother had made available to her despite sending a huge amount of money to him. She had expected him to help her build a mansion.
