Fuel Subsidy: Gov Adeleke To Announce ‘Support Plan’ For Osun Citizens Soon…Hints At Working Days Reduction

Governor Ademola Adeleke will soon announce the support plan for   residents and citizens of   Osun state which would be done in response to the recent removal of fuel subsidy by the Federal Government, his media aide, Mr.  Olawale Rasheed has disclosed.

A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com on Sunday noted that Mr.  Olawale Rasheed said this while appearing as a guest on OSBC Radio and Television programme called ‘IMOLE AYO’, which was designed to promote the activities of the Governor Ademola Adeleke administration.

 Mr Rasheed added that the support plan  will cover support for public transport, monitoring of filling stations and   a review of working days for the public sector employees.

He said top officials are putting the finishing touches to the ‘palliative plan’ in line with the directives of Mr. Governor.

The support plan would according to him  be sustainable, impactful and result -oriented.

‘Mr Governor is set to announce the support plan to cushion the effects of hike in fuel prices. Our Governor is pro-people and pro-worker. 

He wants an all- encompassing intervention in which all strata of the society will benefit’  Mr. Rasheed , who spoke in Yoruba language, submitted during the phone- in programme.

He added that the governor ‘is working tirelessly to make life bearable for the people of Osun state in all aspects’.

Governor Ademola Adeleke should  according to him be commended for being prudent in the management of the state resources submitting that the meagre resources are being used to provide social amenities across the state

He assured all communities, towns and villages that are yet to benefit from developmental projects embarked upon by the Governor Ademola Adeleke administration that, the kind gesture will soon ‘reach’ their areas.

He urged all and sundry to support the Adeleke administration with prayers and through the payment of taxes in order to continue to enjoy the dividends of democracy-Team@orientactualmags.com
