Picture of APC Vice Presidential candidate, Alhaji Kashim Shettima which was taken during the opening ceremony of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA annual conference in Lagos on Monday has become a meme.
Social media users in Nigeria had given him the verdict of ‘not properly dressed’. They had also submitted that he did not choose the right footwear.
They had obviously expected that being an event that would be attended by lawyers across the country, the invited guests ought to have been immaculately dressed.
Former president Goodluck Johnathan’s aide, Reno Omokri, was one of the social media users that made comments about what Shettima wore to the event.
Shettima wore a suit, tie, and canvas shoe.
Tie being a powerful accessory will definitely show when someone is in a standing or sitting position and this could be embarrassing unless it is appropriately positioned.
