Kebbi Gov’s Youth Adviser Sacked For Allegedly Promoting Gay On WhatsApp
Alhaji Babangida Sarki , who was appointed as Kebbi governor’s Special Adviser on Youth a few days ago, has been removed from his position.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Governor Nasiru Idris , who has not returned to the country from Saudi Arabia where he has gone to perform hajj, has however taken a punitive action against Sarki and directed that he should be sacked.
‘The Executive Governor of Kebbi state, Nasiru Idris, has relieved his Special Adviser on Youth , Babangida Sarki of his appointment.
The S.A’s removal from his position was sequel to an indecent post on his WhatsApp status.
The governor, who was enraged by this obnoxious development, said the aide has trampled on the moral and social ethos of the Kebbi society, which is largely Islamic.
Idris has noted that his administration would not condone any of such acts that denigrate the morality and integrity of the people of the state’ the statement said.
The statement added that the governor has cautioned all public officers in the state against making such indecent posts available on social media platforms.
