President Bola Tinubu has wished his wife, Mrs. Remi Tinubu a happy birthday. He had touching words for her as she turns 63 today, Thursday, September 21 , 2023.
Mrs. Remi Tinubu ,who was born on September 21 1960 , had served as First Lady of Lagos state between 1999 and 2007.
This is the first birthday Mrs. Remi Tinubu would be celebrating as First Lady of Nigeria. Her husband , Asiwaju Bola Tinubu was sworn in as president on Monday. May 29 , 2023.
President Tinubu, who is in New York for the 78th Session of the United Nations General Assembly, has described the First Lady as a trusted partner whose sacrifices remain the foundation of where he stands while also describing her as ‘ever-present sunshine that brightens my darkest hours’.
