2023 Sokoto Guber Election: Tribunal Upholds Gov Ahmed Aliyu’s Victory
The Sokoto state Governorship Election Petition Tribunal has upheld Governor Ahmed Aliyu’s victory.
The tribunal, on Saturday, delivered ruling on the petition filed by the PDP candidate in the gubernatorial election held in the state on March 18 , 2023, Alhaji Sa’idu Umar.
The tribunal headed by Justice Haruna Msheila in its ruling on the petition marked EPT/SK/GOV/01/2023, submitted that the petitioners failed to prove their case beyond reasonable doubt-Team@orientactualmags.com
