Family Says ‘Count Us Out’ As Taiwo Cole Marries Wofai Ewa In Ugep
Wofai Fada , a popular actress and comedienne, got married to Taiwo Olakitan Cole during the weekend and whilst being in a celebratory mood, a development that was recorded on the same day stood as a cause for concern.
On Saturday, Tofai and Taiwo had announced their marriage and posted ;pictures taken during the traditional marriage that was held in Ugep, Cross River state on Instagram.
‘I found my happily ever after, and I said yes !! Chai !! Love is sweet o. Thank you guys for all the love and messages’ Tofai wrote.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Taiwo is from the popular Cole family of Victoria Island, Lagos, and the family has disapproved the marriage.
The family in a statement issued by Pa Kunle Cole said they had nothing to do with the wedding ceremony and are not in support of the marriage.
‘This serves to notify all acquaintances, family and friends that the Cole family of Victoria Island, Lagos, are not aware of any marriage ceremony of our son, Taiwo Olakitan Cole; neither did we grant permission nor support in this regard.
As such, person(s) parading themselves as new members of the Cole heritage by virtue of this purported event, are not known nor accepted by the family.
