Top Lawyer Tunji Arosanyin Dies At 87…His Death Sad, Painful-Saraki

Chief Olatunji Arosanyin, a top lawyer, who had for years now gotten recognized as a household name in Kwara and Kogi states when it comes to legal practice , is dead. He died at 87.
While the stakeholders in the judiciary and the legal profession had since mourned the death of the legal luminary , former Senate President , Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki, has also offered his condolences.
Arosanyin, who served as Secretary of the defunct NPN in the old Kwara state, was one of the associates of late Dr Olusola Saraki. The deceased, an indigene of Egbe, Kogi state, also served as Chairman of the Board of Aladja Steel Company, Delta state during the President Shehu Shagari administration.

His law office located on Unity Road was one of the leading law firms in the North in the 70s and 80s.
The top legal practitioner, who holds the prestigious titles of Gbegbegun of Egbe and Ajagungbade of Iloffa, joined the octogenarian club on 3rd, September 2015.
Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki has described his death as sad and painful.
Saraki in a statement issued by his Press Officer on Local Matters, Mr Abdulganiyu Abdulqadir which was made available to Team@orientactualmags.com condoled with the daughter of the deceased, Justice (Mrs) Lawal of the Kwara state High Court and other members of the family over the demise of their patriarch.
He described the death of Chief Arosanyin as a great loss to Kwara and Kogi states and the legal profession in Nigeria.
‘The death of Chief Arosanyin, an elder statesman, a political ally and confidant of my father and former Senate Leader, Dr. Olusola Saraki, is a great loss to the family, Kwara and Kogi states.
Chief Arosanyin will be sorely missed for his contribution to the legal practice, the fatherly role he played in our communities, legal mentorship and wise counsel to all and sundry.
Chief Arosanyin was a father figure and a community leader, who lived a fulfilled life in the service of his creator and humanity. He will be remembered for his righteousness and the impact he made in the lives of the people around him.
