Gov Adeleke Meets With Policy Coordination Unit Members, Thanks Osun Citizens For Supporting His Administration’s 5-Point Agenda

Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun state  has expressed appreciation to  the citizens of the State of the Living Spring for their support for his administration as his five- point agenda gets carried out under a PDP government.

Adeleke’s spokesperson, Mallam Olawale Rasheed noted in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com on Sunday that  the governor said this during the meeting held with members of his Policy Coordination Unit.

While appraising  the implementation of his five -point agenda,  the governor expressed satisfaction  with what he has done so far across the various sectors.

‘I am largely satisfied with our programme implementation so far. We have surpassed expectations and targets within one and a half years in office. We just need to redouble our efforts as we face mid-term in the next six months’ he said.

Adeleke added that  the feedback from the public has been encouraging as the people have  given his government an A-rating  with respect  to welfare of workers, infrastructure, health, education and other sectors.

‘They are happy that  we are delivering  good governance. A friend said our approval rating is over 80 percent. I told him I must work harder in some areas, especially that 20 percent gap. The good thing is we are just one and a half years in office.

Our party has also become very entrenched across the local governments. Leaders who were not with me during the gubernatorial primary election are now solidly with us. We are gaining more ground as people get pleasant surprises with our performance.

Feedback shows that our people are happy with our dual effort at physical and stomach infrastructure. We will continue to build the road and the people. We will not neglect human development for physical development’ he added.
