Security: Emir Of Yauri Commends Gov Nasir’s Efforts… Praises His Development Strides

The Emir of Yauri, Dr. Muhammad Zayyanu Abdullahi says the efforts of Kebbi state governor, Comrade Dr Nasir Idris  with respect to  security , development and progress of the state should be commended. 

He noted that what the Kauran Gwandu administration has achieved in one year is more than what other administrations had done in eight years.

A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com  by the governor’s Special   Adviser on Media, Mr. Yahaya Sarki noted that the monarch said this  recently during the interview he  held to assess the Nasir Idris administration at his palace in Yauri .

‘As I have been saying ,what this government has done in one year is more than what other admnistrations did in eight years.

That is a sign that more developments will come, most importantly on security’ he said. 

 The Emir added that it is the mandate of federal and state governments to make sure that there is security everywhere because ‘without security nothing tangible will be achieved’. 

He  applauded the efforts and the serious determination of the governor to ensure peace not only in his domain but across the entire state .

 ‘Before this government came, the insurgents started to cross over from other places to Yauri.

What they wanted was to have a camp here, so that those they kidnapped from other places ,they will bring them down here.

‘Fortunately, the governor is serious about this issue, he took active measures by establishing a military camp in strategic areas so that we have peace’ he said. 

The Yauri monarch said the  efforts of Governor Nasir Idris on security in his domain  has resulted in  farmers returning to their farms while traders are moving from one market to another doing their business without hindrance. 

‘The most important thing any government can do first is to ensure peace and security and Kaura did that.

Security is not a monopoly of one person, we have to support the governor’ he added. 

Dr. Zayyanu  also appreciated the efforts of the governor towards ensuring infrastructure development in Yauri.

He cited the construction of a Secondary School and additional five kilometers township roads in Yauri as part of the giant strides of Dr. Nasir Idris administration in Yauri Emirate.
