2 Brothers , 14 Others Arrested For Internet Fraud In Kwara
The Ilorin Zonal Command of the Economic And Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, announced on Friday that sixteen people including two brothers had been arrested in Ilorin and currently undergoing custodial interrogation.
They were arrested in connection with cybercrime and possession of fraudulent funds .
In a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by Wilson Uwujaren, who is the Head, Media & Publicity of the anti-graft body, EFCC noted that the suspects were arrested on Thursday, September 15, 2022 following credible intelligence report.
‘The suspects include two brothers; Ahmed Ismail and Toheeb Ismail, others are: Suleiman Abduqudrib Salati, Nurudeen Ibrahim, Boluwasefe Oyinloye, Bashir Azeez, Abduquodri Ibrahim, Raji Roqeeb, Tobiloba Raihan, Busari Mohammed, Olaoye Kolade, Bello Muhammed, Onime Bright, Adebayo Bolaji, Abdulqudus Zakariya and Adeleke Hassan.
Items recovered from them include eight exotic cars, phones and laptops
