Gov Namadi Suspends Commissioner Who Was Accused Of ‘Doing It’ With Married Woman At Uncompleted Building
Jigawa State Commissioner for Special Duties, Hon Auwalu Sankara, has been suspended from his position.
Governor Umar Namadi noted that this was done to ensure that nothing is allowed to impede an investigation that will be launched into the allegations made against the commissioner by the Kano State Hisbah.
Kano State Hisbah Board had through its Director General; Dr Abba Sufi alleged that Sankara was arrested at an uncompleted building with a married woman on Friday evening.
Sankara had however in a statement he issued on Friday night denied the allegations, which are according to him false, baseless, and malicious while also describing it as a deliberate attempt to tarnish his image.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Jigawa State government announced the commissioner’s suspension in a statement issued by Malam Bala Ibrahim on Saturday.
Mallam Bala Ibrahim is the Secretary to the State Government.
