The Governing Council of the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State, has approved the appointment of Mr Abiodun Lawal as the new Bursar of the institution.
The Registrar, who is also the council’s Secretary, Mr Mansur Adeleke Alfanla, disclosed this in a statement he issued in Ilorin and made available to Team@orientactualmags.com on Thursday.
He noted that this decision was taken during the 186th meeting of the Governing Council.
‘The Governing Council of the University of Ilorin, at its186th meeting held on Wednesday, October 24, 2024, considered the report of the Selection Board on the Appointment of Principal Officers in line with the provisions of the University Miscellaneous Act, and approved the appointment of Mr Abiodun Lawal, a Deputy Bursar, as the new substantive Bursar of the University.
