Witchcraft Allegations: 4 People To Get Executed By Hanging For Killing 30- Year- Old Woman In Jigawa
Justice Ado Yusuf Birnin-Kudu of Jigawa State High Court has ruled that four people ;Hassan Isah ,55 years old, Adama Yahaya 42 years old, Abdullahi Yahaya, 35 years old, and Maryam Daso Yahaya ,28 years old should get executed by hanging.
They were declared convicted of murder.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the four convicts had killed Salamatu Musa, 30 years old after accusing her of using supernatural power to kill a young boy.
The convicts, who are now on death row, are all residents of Kwan-Dole Village, Mallam-Madori Local Government, Jigawa State.
The court declared them guilty of conspiring to attack and kill Salamatu Musa.
Delivering his ruling on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, Justice Birnin-Kudu said ; ‘The court finds the accused persons guilty of committing the offence with full knowledge of its probable consequence: death.
Therefore, the court hereby sentences them to six years imprisonment each for criminal conspiracy and death by hanging for culpable homicide’ .
