Man Stabs Cleric To Death At Estranged Wife’s Residence In Osogbo 

Founder of a church, the Rapture Empowerment International , Osogbo, Osun State, Bishop Shina Olaribigbe, is dead.

Team@orientactualmags.com learned that he was stabbed to death in the early hours of Thursday by the estranged husband of an interpreter at his church.

The man, who had reportedly arrived at her estranged wife’s residence and met the late cleric there, suddenly went berserk and knifed him to death.

The Rapture Empowerment International is located in the BCGA area of Osogbo.

The estranged couple had reportedly been in constant dispute and the late cleric was always intervening and seeking to settle their differences.

The  woman had reportedly felt unwell and the cleric had visited her residence and only God knows what made the man go berserk on entering the room and seeing the late Bishop Shina Olaribigbe there.

 ‘A heated argument had ensued, and in a fit of anger, the man took a knife and stabbed the pastor in the chest. Olaribigbe died on the spot’  a source was quoted as saying.

 It was further gathered that the man and his wife have since been arrested and they are currently undergoing custodial interrogation while Bishop Olaribigbe’s body has been taken to the morgue of  University of Osun Teaching Hospital, Osogbo.

‘Though not legally separated, the couple was not living together. The pastor had been intervening in their quarrels, and on this occasion, he was at the woman’s house when the estranged husband arrived there.
