Kwara TESCOM Opens Application Portal For Teaching Jobs

Kwara State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) has opened an online application portal for teaching job openings and interested and qualified individuals have been asked to apply through: http://tescom.kwarastate.gov.ng

‘The link goes live at 12 midnight on Wednesday February 5, 2025, and closes on February 14, 2025’ TESCOM Chairman, Mallam Bello Tauheed Abubakar noted in a statement he issued in Ilorin and made available to Team@orientactualmags.com on Tuesday.

TESCOM has also asked all applicants to carefully read through the portal for necessary guidance. 

‘All applicants are advised to read the press statement initially issued on the recruitment process. The statement is on the portal for ease of reference. 

For clarity, persons without a university degree in relevant subject areas should not apply. Holders of NCE who do not have a university degree should not apply’ he added. 

The statement said that applicants who meet the first-layer recruitment criteria will be invited for a computer-based test (CBT) at centres not far away from their respective local governments of residence. 

 Applicants, who pass the CBT test, the statement added, will be invited for interviews, while successful candidates will undergo drug tests at the approved NDLEA centres, among other verification exercises that would precede the issuance of employment letters.
