Mohbad: Court Frees Naira Marley But Says Feyisayo Ogedengbe, Ayobami Sadiq ‘ll Face Trial

The Magistrates’ Court, Sabo, Yaba, Lagos State, on Tuesday, declared that Nigerian singer, Azeez Fashola aka Naira Marley had no hands in the death of a popular hip-hop act, Mr. Ilerioluwa Aloba aka Mohbad.
MohBad died on September 12,2023, at the age of 27
Fans of the late singer had called for probe having felt that he died in suspicious circumstances and controversy had since then continued over his death with an accusing finger pointed at Naira Marley , Sam Larry and others.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Magistrate Ejiro Kubenje, who read out and implemented the legal advice issued by the Directorate of Public Prosecution, Lagos, submitted that Naira Marley had no case to answer ditto Samson Balogun aka Sam Larry; Owodunni Ibrahim aka Primeboy; and Mohbad’s former manager, Opere Babatunde.
The DPP, however, noted that an auxiliary nurse, who gave Mohbad injection shortly before his death, Feyisayo Ogedengbe, and Mohbad’s friend, Ayobami Sadiq will face charges bordering on reckless and negligent acts contrary to Section 251 (e) of the Criminal Law, Ch C.17, Vol.3, Laws of Lagos State, 2015-Team@orientactualmags.com Do you have any information you wish to share with us?
