Engineer Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, who represents North Central on the Board of TETFUND, has congratulated Engineer Bashir Bayo Ojulari, a distinguished oil expert, on his appointment as Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of NNPCL by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
