Attahiru Manko Joins APC To Strengthen Collective Vision For Kwara’s Future

Attahiru Manko Joins APC To Strengthen Collective Vision For Kwara’s Future

Alhaji Abdulkadir Attahiru Adamu Manko, who was the Kwara North SDP senate candidate in the 2023 National Assembly elections, has announced APC as his new party.

He announced the decision to leave SDP for APC at his Kpada Ward 2,  Patigi Local Government, Kwara State on Saturday describing this as ‘a resolute decision to join hands with others to promote the Renewed Hope agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’, and to also support ‘the dynamic, and workaholic Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’.

Manko also noted that he has done this  ‘with great pride and a sense of purpose’.

‘This decision is not one I take lightly. It is born out of love for my people, the good people of Kpada Ward, Patigi, and indeed the entire Kwara State. My commitment has always been to the advancement of our communities, the upliftment of our people, and the pursuit of development that delivers tangible results. I am driven by a passion to see Kwara thrive, to see our young people empowered, our infrastructure transformed, and our collective aspirations realized’ he said.

The former Kwara North SDP senate candidate noted that choosing APC as his new party  is ‘a deliberate step toward aligning with a platform that shares vision of progress and has also demonstrated a commitment to delivering on the promises of good governance’.

He thanked the people of Kpada Ward 2 for their support and encouragement, and for having trust in him.

‘Your voices have been my guiding light, and your aspirations are the fuel for my commitment to serve’ he added.

Alhaji Manko also restated his commitment to securing ‘State of Harmony’s future’ while noting that his decision to join APC will help to strengthen the ‘collective vision’ for Kwara’s future.

‘I also extend my heartfelt gratitude to the leadership and members of the APC for warmly welcoming me and providing me with the opportunity to proudly pick up my APC membership card. This moment marks not just a personal milestone but a collective step forward for all of us who dream of a prosperous Kwara North and a thriving Kwara State. The APC has shown itself to be a platform where ideas for development are nurtured, where hard work is rewarded, and where the collective good is prioritized. I am honored to be part of this family, and I pledge to bring my energy, ideas, and passion to the table as we work together to achieve our shared goals.

Let me be clear: my decision to join the APC is not about personal ambition but rather about a collective vision. It is about building a Kwara where every child has access to quality education, where our farmers are supported to thrive, where our roads and hospitals reflect the dignity of our people, and where opportunities abound for all. Kwara North, in particular, holds immense potential, and I am committed to working tirelessly to unlock that potential for the benefit of our people. This membership card is more than a symbol—it is a covenant between me and you, a promise to work relentlessly for the development and progress of our communities.

Our goal is one, and it is simple yet profound: Kwara must be great again. We must restore the pride of our state, harness our resources, and create a legacy of progress that future generations will inherit with pride. Together, we will build a Kwara where no one is left behind, where every community feels the impact of good governance, and where our unity becomes our greatest strength’ he said.

He also urged support for President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda, and the  Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq administration.

Alhaji Manko , who praised Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s transformative leadership, added that all hands must be on deck to actualize the ‘Kwara of our dreams’ -Team@orientactualmags.com  Do you have any information you wish to share with us?
