New Neighbours Take 4 Children Away In Delta 3 Days After Moving In…Landlady Arrested

An incident that occurred in Ogwashi-Uku, Aniocha South Local Government, Delta State, on Saturday has left  people open-mouthed in shock and disbelief..

  Team@orientactualmags.com learned that  three  women, who had just secured an apartment in Umuokwe  area of the town, have had their whereabouts unknown after leaving with their neighbour’s children.

A source in the community, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said one of the women tricked the children into following her by telling the unsuspecting kids that she was going to buy biscuits for them at a nearby shop.

‘It was when the children were nowhere to be found that neighbours expressed concern.

 By the time the neighbours visited the apartment occupied by the new tenants, the room was empty as neither the occupants nor the children could be found’ the source said.

Spokesman for the state Police command, SP Bright Edafe, confirmed the incident on Sunday while adding that the landlady of the house has been arrested and taken into custody.

‘The children were abducted three days after the women rented the apartment.

It is true; the problem is that there is no link. They just came and said they wanted to rent an apartment and the landlady gave it to them with no details, no name, no phone number, no agreement and after three days, they left with four children.
