Senator Aliero Praises Gov Idris’ Devt Strides, Warns Against ‘Blind Opposition’

 Senator Muhammadu Adamu Aliero , who represents Kebbi Central in the Senate, has commended Kebbi State governor, Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris, the Kauran Gwandu, for the ongoing remarkable socio-economic transformation across the state.

A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by the governor’s Special Adviser on Media, Mr Yahaya Sarki noted that Aliero said this while talking  to journalists after the meeting held by members of the Kebbi Elders Consultative Forum at the Waziri Umaru Federal Polytechnic, Birnin Kebbi, on Monday.

Senator Aliero described the scale of development as unprecedented, impressive and tangible.

‘Even a blind man would know that Birnin Kebbi has witnessed a significant facelift.

The roads are properly constructed and paved, with solar-powered streetlights installed virtually on all the major routes’ he said.

Aliero emphasized that the development efforts extended beyond the state capital to other major towns like Argungu, Yauri, and Zuru, where road construction and other infrastructure projects are actively ongoing.

He assured that the Forum would continue to offer constructive advice to the governor in the interest of good governance.

The Senator also chided some critics who had claimed that no meaningful development is happening in the state, urging them to offer objective criticism rather than baseless remarks and blind opposition.

‘In a democracy, criticism is normal, but it should be based on facts.
