Saraki Celebrates Emir of Ilorin At 85, Calls Him ‘Royal Pillar Of Forthrightness’

Former Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, has congratulated His Royal Highness, Alhaji Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, the Emir of Ilorin, on his 85th birthday.

Saraki in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by his Press Officer on Local Matters, Mr Abdulganiyu Abdulqadir,  described the Emir as a royal pillar of forthrightness, dedication, and strong traditional values, who has demonstrated extraordinary capacity, leading from the front with his wisdom and foresight.

‘Today, I join the entire Ilorin Emirate and well-wishers around the world to celebrate His Royal Highness, Mai Martaba Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, the Emir of Ilorin, on his 85th birthday’, he said.

The former Senate President, who is the Waziri Ngeri of Ilorin Emirate, also acknowledged the Emir’s nearly three decades of impactful service, dedicated  to strengthening of unity, safeguarding of cultural heritage, and championing of peace and development across Kwara State and Nigeria as a whole.

‘Your Royal Highness, for nearly three decades on the throne you have strengthened our unity, safeguarded our rich cultural heritage, and championed peace and development across Kwara State and our nation in general.
