Friend Arrested As Man Dies In His Sleep In Delta Hotel

The police have launched probe into the death of 26-year-old Ebere , who died in his sleep in a hotel  near Midwifery Junction, Okpanam, Delta State on Monday.

Ebere had checked into the hotel in question at about 4 p.m. on Sunday alongside his friend.

The friend in question however raised the alarm at 6 a.m on Monday and when the staff of the hotel got to the room, Ebere’s lifeless body was seen on the floor.

Team@orientactualmags.com learned that spokesman for Delta State Police Command, SP Bright Edafe, who has confirmed the incident, added that Ebere’s friend has been taken into custody whilst a post-mortem examination is being carried out.

‘The suspect will not be released until an autopsy is carried out to determine the cause of death.
