Osun PDP To APC: We’re Not Ready To Engage In Public Spat, Osun People Will Defend Their Votes In 2026

Osun State PDP submitted on Wednesday that it would not engage in public spat over the communique issued by its leadership caucus on Tuesday while noting that the people of the state will choose their governor and also defend their votes in August next year.

The state PDP in a statement issued in Osogbo and made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by its state chairman, Chief  Sunday Bisi noted that the party is focused on the people and not planning to import fake voters and rig the 2026 gubernatorial election like the opposition is allegedly planning to do 

The party also declared that its stance on the 2026 gubernatorial election and the 2027 presidential election remains sacrosanct while adding that Osun State people have the records of performance of all political parties and will make their choice next year.

‘We won’t join issue with the opposition. We are not planning to rig the 2026 gubernatorial election. We are sure Osun people will vote for PDP and stand by their votes next year.

Our records of good performance will speak for us. Osun PDP remains solid. We affirm that Governor Adeleke will win resoundingly in the 2026 Osun State guber election.
