Gov Nasir Idris Attends Wedding Of Special Adviser’s Son In Birnin Kebbi
Kebbi State governor, Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris, the Kauran Gwandu led dignitaries, family members and well-wishers to the wedding Fatiha of the son of Alhaji Kabiru Sani Giant, his Special Adviser on Power and Politics on Friday.
Kabiru Kabiru Mohammad, who is the son of the Special Adviser and Maryam Shakuriyya Mohammad Bello exchanged marriage vows at the Birnin Kebbi Central Mosque.
It was solemnized following the payment of N300,000 as dowry by the groom’s family with Gov. Nasir Idris standing as Waliy (Guardian) for Kabiru Kabiru Mohammed.
Delivering a short sermon, Imam Mukhtar urged the couple to uphold the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) in their marriage while emphasizing the importance of mutual respect, fear of Allah, and peaceful co-existence in the home.
