Gov Idris Commends Rep Bello Kaoje For Distributing Farm Inputs, Assorted Grains To Constituents

Governor Nasir Idris of Kebbi State has commended Hon. Bello Abubakar Kaoje, the Dallatun Bargu, who represents Suru/Bagudo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, for organizing empowerment programmes aimed at improving the lives of his constituents.

A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by the governor’s Special Adviser, Mr Yahaya Sarki noted that he said this on Saturday during the distribution of farm inputs and assorted grains to farmers by the federal lawmaker in Kaoje, Bagudo Local Government.

He praised the federal lawmaker for his consistent interventions, noting that ‘This is not the first, second, third or fourth time Hon Kaoje is embarking on similar empowerment initiatives for his people. He is indeed a true ambassador, and we are proud of his representation’.

Governor Idris warned beneficiaries against diverting or selling  items while urging the distribution committee to be honest in their duties and ensure that all beneficiaries receive their allocations.

Also speaking, the State Chairman of APC, Alhaji Abubakar Kana-Zuru, commended Hon. Kaoje and urged other politicians to emulate his commitment to grassroots development.

‘Don’t hide yourself in Birnin Kebbi. Go out, assist and empower the people, just as the governor is doing’ he said.

Kana-Zuru also remarked that the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Kebbi State is ‘just a shadow of itself’ insisting that APC remains the dominant political party in the state.

‘We are not aware of ADC or any so-called new movement — it’s just child’s play. The party to beat is APC’ he declared.

In his remarks, Hon. Bello Abubakar Kaoje appreciated the governor for personally attending the ceremony, describing him as a source of inspiration who has continued to encourage him to impact the lives of his constituents especially at the grassroots level.

4,000 bags of fertilizers, 4,000 litres of chemicals ,4,000 sprayers and 4,500 bags of assorted grains have been made available for onward distribution to farmers in the federal constituency while the federal lawmaker also disclosed that a committee comprising stakeholders has been set up to ensure fairness and transparency in the distribution exercise-Team@orientactualmags.com  Do you have any information you wish to share with us?
