NUPENG Reportedly Suspends Strike
The Nigerian Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG) has reportedly suspended the strike it began on Monday sequel to the meeting the union leaders held with the Dangote Group on Tuesday.
‘We have suspended the strike. The Dangote refinery has agreed to unionize its drivers. We have signed an agreement’ correspondent of a national newspaper quoted the National President of NUPENG, Williams Akporeha, as saying on Tuesday.
