48-Year-Old Man Rapes 12-Year-Old Girl Inside Tricycle In Rivers
Emmanuel George, 48 years old, has been arrested and taken into custody by the police in Rivers State.
He was arrested for allegedly raping a 12-year-old girl at Mini Orlu, off Ada-George Road, Port Harcourt, the state capital, on September 6, 2025.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that spokesperson for the state police command, SP Grace Iringe-Koko, who disclosed this in a statement on Monday, noted that George, an indigene of Akwa Ibom State, had waylaid the victim who was sent on an errand by her sister and tricked her into a stationary tricycle where he had sex with her.
‘The suspect dragged the victim into a stationary tricycle, popularly called Keke Napep, tied her hands, covered her mouth to prevent her from raising the alarm, and forcefully had carnal knowledge of her before fleeing the scene of the incident.
At about 2200hrs on the same day, the suspect was apprehended through coordinated intelligence’ she said.
Iringe-Koko added that cops attached to the CP Strike Force mobilised swiftly after receiving a distress call and took the girl to the Police Hospital for medical examination.

She added that items recovered from the scene of the incident include a bundle of rope allegedly used to tie the victim’s hands, a wrap of fufu, and the blue tricycle.
‘The suspect voluntarily confessed to the crime during interrogation.
He is currently in custody alongside the exhibits while a discreet investigation continues’ the statement added.
