Why Rift Between Me And Ooni Of Ife Can Never End, He Has No Authority To Suspend Me-Oluwo Of Iwo

The Oluwo of Iwoland, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi left many stunned on Tuesday when he declared that the ongoing rift between him and the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi can never end.

While many had thought that the rift between the Iwo monarch and Ooni was as a result of public and philosophical differences, Oba Akanbi has raised weighty allegations against the Ife monarch which are beyond matters that have to do with battle for supremacy.

Oba Akanbi has accused his ex-wife, Chanel Chin of infidelity and also alleged that she was a spy and had actually married him so that Ooni Ogunwusi could gain indirect access to his house.

He alleged that after Chin left his palace, she was seen with Ooni Ogunwusi at a hotel while further alleging that it was the Ife monarch who rented an apartment for her without however disclosing the name of the town or the city.

Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the monarch said this in a video he made available on his Facebook page on Tuesday.

Oluwo also claimed that he survived food poisoning twice while noting and clarifying that Yoruba gods; Sango and Ogun cannot kill him because they are his ancestors.

While claiming to have been instrumental in the emergence of Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi as Ooni of Ife, he also asserted that the Ife monarch lacks the authority to suspend him from the Council of Obas, submitting that they are co-equals and both paramount traditional rulers.

He also disclosed plans to request for a DNA test to know if he is the biological father of Odùduwà ,who was born on the 16th of November, 2016.
