The picture taken during the heated exchange that Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Barrister Nyesome Wike had with A.M Yerima, a naval officer, in the Gaduwa District of Abuja on Tuesday, has become a meme having been copied and spread rapidly by social media users in the country and this had also come with different captions.
