2027: Support ADC To Solve Nation’s Problems, End Banditry, Aregbesola Tells Nigerians

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) will take necessary steps to end banditry and solve the nation’s problems if it becomes the ruling party in 2027, former Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, has submitted.

Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Aregbesola, who is National Secretary of the party, said this on Wednesday shortly after participating in the ‘membership renewal’ exercise currently being carried out by the party.

Chairman, Directorate of Media and Publicity, Osun State ADC, Oluwaseun Abosede noted in a statement that Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola also told party supporters at his Ward 8, Ifofin Ilesa, Osun State on Wednesday that he chose ADC as his new party because it promotes discipline and integrity.

‘OGBENI (Aregbesola) appreciated the work done by the committee and urged every Nigerian to come on board for us to enthrone a good government that will end banditry, insecurity, and incidents like the one that occurred in Kwara State, where some unknown gunmen attacked a church, killed some members, and kidnapped others.

He told the people that ADC as a party did not come from heaven, but he chose to progressively move with the party that has adopted character, courage, competence, discipline, and integrity as the core of their political engagement and institutional conduct in the service of the Nigerian people. This is the party that will lead Nigeria out of this current quagmire’ Oluwaseun said.

Alhaji Sodiq Yaradua , who is the Secretary of the Membership Registration and Revalidation Committee, led other members of the committee to Ilesa to launch the membership registration and revalidation exercise.

He noted that the new ADC membership card contains 12 advanced security features to prevent duplication and ensure integrity.

‘The first person to be revalidated in Nigeria under the new ADC system is Aregbesola’ he submitted while urging members of the party to register at their respective wards.

He also disclosed that an online platform for membership registration will soon be unveiled to ensure a seamless experience for both the old and young members.
