PHC Leadership Challenge Award: Nurudeen Adeyemi Congratulates Kwara Govt, Praises Gov AbdulRazaq’s Visionary Leadership
A member of the Board of Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund), who represents the North Central geopolitical zone, Chief Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun has congratulated the Kwara State Government for emerging as the Best Performing State in the North Central Zone at the 2025 Primary Health Care (PHC) Leadership Challenge Award.
Engineer Adeyemi, who is the Principal of ENACT, in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by his media office described the recognition as a well-deserved validation of the sustained reforms and people-centred investments of the Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq administration in strengthening primary healthcare delivery across the state.
He commended the governor’s unwavering commitment to improving healthcare outcomes for Kwarans, noting that the third consecutive national recognition reflects visionary leadership, effective coordination, and prudent deployment of resources in the health sector.

‘This achievement underscores Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s dedication to building a resilient and inclusive healthcare system, with primary healthcare as its foundation. The consistent progress recorded by Kwara State is a model worthy of emulation across the federation’ he said.
Engineer Adeyemi also applauded the Kwara State Ministry of Health, the Kwara State Primary Health Care Development Agency (KWSPHCDA), and all frontline health workers for their professionalism and commitment, which, he noted, have continued to place the state on the national spotlight.
He expressed confidence that the $400,000 grant accompanying the award will be judiciously utilized to further strengthen PHC infrastructure and expand access to quality healthcare services in communities across the state.
