A prominent Nigerian boardroom guru and business leader, Otunba Adekunle Ojora, who died on January 28, 2026, at the age of 94, was a close friend of late Oba Okunade Sijuade, who was the Ooni of Ife between December 6, 1980 and July 28, 2015.

The late Otunba Adekunle Ojora was a royalty and he and his friend, late Oba Okunade Sijuade had many things in common.

The two of them also started as reporters before breaking into business.

His daughter, Mrs. Toyin Saraki is the wife of former Senate President, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki.
