Aisha Yesufu To Senators: Stop Putting Blame On Akpabio, Remove Him As Senate President
A popular activist, Aisha Yesufu has asked members of the Nigerian Senate to stop putting blame on the Senate President, Barrister Godswill Akpabio in respect of the controversy over the aspect of Electoral Act (Amendment) Bill that has to do with electronic transmission of results.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Aisha Yesufu, who commented on the issue in an X.com post, said the senators have the constitutional powers to ensure that real-time electronic transmission of election results is made possible by removing Akpabio as Senate President if he is considered as an obstacle.

‘Dear Senators, stop playing bad cop, good cop with us. None of you is blameless.
You are either active or passive participants to disenfranchise the Nigerian people and subvert their power to choose who governs them.
You all are supposed to be the voices of the people. Instead of press conferences, twitter spaces and media appearances, go to the red chambers and fight for the soul of Nigeria!
You have the constitutional power and authority to ensure that real-time electronic transmission of election is passed into law. You did with state of emergency in Rivers State.
“Stop telling us Akpabio is the problem! You all have the power to remove Akpabio. DO IT’ she submitted-Team@orientactualmags.com  Do you have any information you wish to share with us?
