Leaders of Igbomina National Student Union on Wednesday visited Engineer Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun at his Ilorin residence where they held a meeting that the student leaders have described as ‘insightful’ and ‘productive’.
Hussein Jamiu, Executive President and Jayeola Damilare, General Secretary in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com noted that the meeting held with Engineer Nurudeen Adeyemi, who is a member of the Board of TETFUND where he represents the North Central geopolitical zone, focused on strengthening collaboration and exploring ideas.
‘Yesterday, the leadership of the Igbomina National Student Union paid a courtesy visit to Engineer Nurudeen Adeyemi (ENACT).
It was a productive and insightful engagement that focused on strengthening collaboration and exploring ideas that will contribute to the ‘collective progress of Igbomina land’.
During the discussion, emphasis was placed on the importance of civic responsibility, particularly the need to educate and sensitize our people on the collection of their Permanent Voters Card. We also discussed how students and young people can become more politically aware, responsible, and align with a developmental vision that promotes the growth of our land.
Engineer Nurudeen Adeyemi urged leaders of Igbomina National Student Union to remain proactive in educating members and the wider community, stressing that informed and politically conscious youths are essential to sustainable progress.
The National Body reaffirmed its commitment to strategic partnerships that will empower Igbomina students, strengthen civic engagement, and promote unity across all platforms.
