Speaker of Offa Local Government Legislative Council, Hon. Mustapha Olawale Sharafa has commended Engineer Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun for facilitating employment for Kwarans at the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) while also praising his dedication to philanthropy.
