Lateef Olaniyan’s Death ‘Quite Devastating’- Gov AbdulRazaq
Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State submitted on Monday that he was shocked and saddened by the news of the death of Dr. Lateef Olaniyan, an influential KSANG figure in Seattle (US) and an illustrious son of Omu Aran.
Governor AbdulRazaq says Dr. Lateef was a bridge builder among Kwarans in the diaspora, a pillar of support for many people who ever met him, and an advocate of peace and development in Igbomina Land and Kwara State as a whole.
Omu-Aran is located in Irepodun local government, Kwara State.
‘His death is a huge loss for all of us, but we find comfort in our memory of him as a patriot and a good man with great values’ Governor AbdulRazaq noted in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by Mr Mashood Abdulrafiu Agboola, Deputy Chief Press Secretary, Government House, Ilorin on Monday.
The governor extended his heartfelt condolences to the Olaniyan family, the Omu Aran Community, KSANG Seattle Family, and the Omo Ibile Igbomina Worldwide at this difficult moment.
