President Tinubu Older Than Iam, Ignore His Official Age-Atiku…That’s Far From The Truth-Onokri

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has clarified and asserted that President Bola Tinubu is older than he is while also asking Nigerians to ignore the president’s official age.

Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, who is the ADC presidential candidate, said he has evidence to proof that President Bola Tinubu is 90 years old, adding that he will present this in court.

According to the president’s official age, he was born on March 29, 1952 and he is 74 years old while Alhaji Atiku Abubakar who was born on November 25, 1946, will turn 80 next year.

Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar while responding to the anchor man’s question asking about his suitability and qualification for presidency during an interview with BBC asserted that he is fit for presidential duties and responsibilities. He also added that President Bola Tinubu came to this world before him.

 ‘I have a president who is 90 years old now, and who is sick. I am healthy; I am strong. So, why would I not make my services available to my fellow countrymen?

I have evidence that he is 90, and I will present it in court’ he said.

The ADC presidential candidate also noted that he is uniquely qualified for the job noting that his political journey had been marked by repeated attempts to seek elective office.

 ‘I ran for governor four times, because at that position, the people who were in charge of Nigeria’s transition to democracy were military, and I was so anti-military. Any time I won, they would disqualify me. The last was when there was even an attempt on my life, and I went into exile.

I’ve never found anything easy in my life. There is nothing new there. So, because I’m contesting the presidency two or three times… I mean, that’s not anything unusual in my life — in my political life’ he said.

Commenting on the nation’s worsening security situation, he emphasized the need for more boots on the ground while promising that his administration will tackle the issue within one year.

‘Believe me, within one year, we can control this insurgency and insecurity that is all over the place’ he said.

 ‘I remember when we were in office, I told the president that, look, we are over 200 million people and yet we have less than 200,000 policemen.

 Egypt that has about 80 million had one million policemen on the streets. And therefore, there is peace there’ he added.

Reno Omokri, who is the Ambassador-designate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala and Nicaragua, has stood in defence of President Bola Tinubu saying the viral picture taken with Chief Dele Momodu in London in 1996 shows that Jagaban was not 60 years old at that material time.

In a statement he issued on Friday, Onokri also urged Chief Dele Momodu to speak up for the president.

‘This is a photo of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Dele Momodu taken in London in 1996. If Asiwaju is indeed 90 years old, as recently alleged, then Dele Momodu must be in his eighties.

Look at the photo yourself. I have not altered it in any way. Dele Momodu is alive to testify to the authenticity of this photograph and the date and place where it was taken.

 Does His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, look like a sixty-year-old in this photo?.

If Asiwaju is indeed ninety years of age, then he would have been sixty when this photo was taken exactly thirty years ago.

I urge objective Nigerians and citizens of the world to again look at this photo. Does the gentleman on the right look sixty? Does he even look fifty?

I remind Dele Momodu that, by his own admission, Asiwaju was good to him when he was in exile from the Abacha regime.

Mr Momodu is free to support whichever candidate he chooses.
