Kwara Speaker Condoles Leadership Newspaper’s Regional Editor Over Mother’s Death
Speaker of Kwara State House of Assembly, who is also the state APC Governorship candidate, Rt. Hon Yakubu Danladi-Salihu has condoled with the North Central Regional Editor of the Leadership Newspaper, Alhaji Abdullahi Hanafi Olesin on the passing of his mother, Alhaja Munirat Hanafi Imam Olesin.
Rt. Hon Danladi-Salihu described Alhaja Munirat, who died in the early hours of today, Tuesday, September 8, 2026, as a virtuous and responsible woman who lived a life worthy of emulation and left behind legacies of devotion, commitment and dedication to Islam, family and community development.
The Speaker also sent his condolences to the entire Imam Olesin family, urging them to take solace in the fact that Alhaja Munirat lived a good life.
