2 Party Stalwarts Leave PDP For APC In Kwara
A zonal chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ilorin West local government, Kwara state, Mr Muhammed Jamiu Akinlotan, has resigned from the party, citing anomalies that were left unresolved .
Team@orientactualmags.com learned Mr Akinlotan was also joined in resigning from the party by a former ward youth leader, Mr Sadallahi Yunus Ajagbe.
They were said to have left the party along with thousands of supporters.
‘A gale of defections and resignations had hit the opposition party lately, which is losing its stakeholders to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
‘This may not be unconnected with the bad and poor treatment meted out to them in the party which they had laboured to build.
The APC in the state continues to increase in number, as defectors from PDP, SDP and other parties have continued to testify to the great works done by Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’ a member of the APC said- Team@orientactualmags.com
